March 01, 2010 - New Flights Across the Network
American Eagle is excited to announce that on April 6 we will be celebrating the launch of 29 additional flights!
From New York JFK:
• Columbus, Ohio. American Eagle will add two flights daily between Port Columbus International Airport and New York’s JFK. This is in addition to American Airlines and American Eagle’s existing service between Columbus and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Chicago O’Hare and LaGuardia.
From Miami:
• Birmingham, Ala. American Eagle will begin twice daily nonstop service to Miami beginning April 6 with our Embraer 145 jet. This is in addition to American Airlines and American Eagle’s existing service to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
• Pensacola, Fla. American Eagle is pleased to offer another way to reach Florida’s Panhandle with twice daily nonstop service between Miami International and Pensacola. This is in addition to our existing service between Pensacola and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
From Dallas/Fort Worth:
• Rapid City, S.D. American Eagle will begin daily service between Rapid City and Dallas Fort/Worth International Airport. This is in addition to new Chicago O’Hare service starting the same day.
• Sioux Falls, S.D. American Eagle will begin daily service between Sioux Falls and Dallas Fort/Worth International Airport. This is in addition to new Chicago O’Hare service starting the same day.
• Asheville, N.C. Famously known as the home of “America’s Largest Home—Biltmore” and for local art and tourism destinations. American Eagle starts daily service beginning April 6.
• Myrtle Beach, S.C. Whether it’s for golf or the world famous beaches, American Eagle will get you there beginning April 6.
From Chicago O’Hare:
• Charleston, W.Va. American Eagle will offer twice daily nonstop service to the capital of the Mountain State. This is in addition to our existing service between Charleston and New York’s LaGuardia.
• Dayton, Ohio. American Eagle returns to the Dayton market with three daily nonstop flights, complementing American Airlines and American Eagle’s existing flights from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
• Fargo, N.D. American Eagle is pleased to launch new service to Fargo. Nonstop service will be offered three times daily from Hector International Airport using our Embraer 145 jet.
• Rapid City, S.D. American Eagle will begin service between Rapid City, gateway to Mount Rushmore and the Crazy Horse Memorial, beginning April 6.
• Sioux Falls, S.D. Starting April 6, American Eagle will offer three times daily nonstop service to Sioux Falls, home to several important U.S. financial companies. This is in addition to the Dallas/Fort Worth service starting the same day.
• Jacksonville, Fla. American Eagle will add three daily nonstop flights between Florida’s most populous city and Chicago O’Hare. This is in addition to American Airlines and American Eagle’s existing service from Jacksonville to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Miami International Airport.
• Lexington, Ky. American Eagle will add two daily nonstop flights to Lexington starting April 6. This is in addition to American Eagle’s existing service between Lexington and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
• Harrisburg, Pa. American Eagle returns to Harrisburg beginning April 6 with three daily nonstop flights. Harrisburg is a convenient gateway to nearby attractions in Hershey, Pa. and Pennsylvania’s Amish Country.
• Calgary, Alberta. We are pleased to announce new service between the Windy City and the home of the world famous Calgary Stampede. Flights will be operated with our Bombardier CRJ-700, which will all feature our new first-class product by the early summer.
