OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit the "Sweepstakes" form available on www.EagleLatitudes.com between 12:00 p.m. EST on 01/04/06 and 11:59 p.m. EST on 05/01/06. Each entrant will be required to complete the Official Registration Form by answering the questions in the form. No mail-in entries will be accepted. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one entry per household. Multiple entries by the same person, or e-mail will not be accepted. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions, or other errors either mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to participants' systems. Incomplete entries (to mandatory form fields) will be voided. All entries become the property of HCP/Aboard Publishing.

ELIGIBILITY: Only residents of USA, at least 21 years of age, are eligible to enter (a valid zip code is required), except employees of HCP/Aboard, its parent company and their immediate family members and Sweeps sponsors. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. No entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase necessary to enter or win sweepstakes. Void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law.

WINNER SELECTION: All valid entries received between 12:00 p.m. EST on 01/04/06 and 11:59 p.m. EST on 05/01/06 are eligible to win the prize. Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of valid entries received. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 05/02/06. Winners will be notified by e-mail only.

PRIZE: One vacation package for two adults will be awarded to three separate winners (must be over 21 years of age to win). Each one of three vacation packages includes: Round-trip coach airfare on American Airlines/American Eagle from the nearest American Airlines/American Eagle gateway to winner's home. Winners are responsible to make their way to/from the gateway airport. Seven nights' accommodations provided by DIVI Resorts including the following properties: Divi Southwinds Beach Resort/Barbados, Divi Little Bay Beach Resort & Spa/St. Maarten and Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort/Aruba. Room accommodation type will be determined by DIVI Resorts. Also included, a $500 shopping spree provided by Colombian Emeralds (www.dutyfree.com).

TRAVEL WINDOW AND WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES: Travel must be completed no later than December 31, 2006. Blackout dates apply and reservations will be subject to space availability. The approximate retail value of each prize is: $1,665 (USD). Winner and his/her guest will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein including but not limited to any additional air and ground transportation and accommodations, all taxes and fees for passenger air facilities and security fees other than travel charges, accommodations taxes and service fees, meals and beverages, gratuities, souvenirs and any other incidentals. One $500 Colombian Emeralds gift certificate will be awarded to each of three winners and may be used online, or in store. The gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash, are valid for one year from issue date and may not be combined for use with special offers or discounts.

GENERAL RULES & CONDITIONS: By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winner will be notified by e-mail only. Prize winner authorizes Sponsor to use prize winner's name, in advertising and publicity without further compensation, where permitted by law. By accepting the prize, prize winner agrees to release Sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, prize suppliers, employees and/or agents involved in the promotion from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution or transfer of prize or election of cash in lieu of prize will be permitted. Prize sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize may not be available. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, with appropriate legal approval, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select the single prize winner from among the entries received prior to the suspension or termination of the program; and Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or in any way corrupts the entry process. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant or any other individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

WINNER'S NAME: Winner's name can be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope, after 05/02/06 to HCP/Aboard Publishing, One Herald Plaza, Miami, FL 33132. Att: DIVI — American Eagle Sweeps.
